Who I Work With
I have a special passion for working with athletes, high performers, and ambitious individuals who are navigating the unique pressures that come with striving for excellence. Whether you're balancing the demands of competition, academics, leadership, or a high-achieving career, therapy can provide a space to manage stress, build confidence, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with who you are beyond your performance.

I also work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem.Â

How I Work
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and refreshingly honest. One of my favorite descriptions of my approach is that it's a little like playing dodgeball—I'll compassionately challenge you when needed, gently point out the patterns you may not see on your own, and encourage you to step outside your comfort zone, all while making sure you feel supported and understood. I believe meaningful growth happens when we feel safe enough to be honest with ourselves, and I'll be there to support you through that process every step of the way.

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, and trauma-informed care. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and protective patterns that have shaped the way you see yourself and the world around you. Rather than simply focusing on symptom relief, my goal is to help you develop deeper self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, and create lasting change that feels authentic to who you are.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without feeling like you have to have everything figured out first. My hope is that you leave each session feeling both supported and challenged, with a deeper understanding of yourself and the confidence to take meaningful steps forward. I'll celebrate your wins, sit with you through the difficult moments, and gently encourage you to look at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Clients often describe me as genuine, and easy to talk to, while also appreciating that I'm not afraid to challenge them when needed. I believe some of the most meaningful growth happens when compassion and honesty exist together.Â
Outside The Therapy Room
Outside of the therapy room, you'll most likely find me at the beach, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with my cat, Spritz. As a former Division I soccer player, movement has always been an important part of my life, and I continue to value the lessons sports taught me about resilience, teamwork, discipline, and finding balance beyond performance.

I'm also the oldest of seven siblings, so I know a thing or two about family dynamics, communication, and the many roles we can find ourselves stepping into. Those experiences continue to shape the way I connect with clients—with curiosity, authenticity, and a deep appreciation for the unique stories and relationships that make each person who they are.
