Annie works with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and the pressure to constantly perform or “have it all together.” Drawing from her background as a former D1 athlete, she helps clients build resilience and create a stronger, more authentic sense of self both in and outside of high-pressure environments.

Anne works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. Through a collaborative, attachment-focused approach, she helps clients better understand themselves, break free from unhealthy patterns, and build more connected and fulfilling relationships.
