Who I Work With
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, complex trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the lasting impact of difficult or emotionally painful experiences. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally feel exhausted from overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or carrying the weight of everyone else's needs.

I also have a special interest in men's mental health and enjoy working with men who are navigating vulnerability, identity, relationship concerns, emotional disconnection, or the pressure to always "hold it together." Whether you're coming to therapy on your own or with your partner, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and never judged.

How I Work
Rather than focusing solely on managing symptoms, I help clients explore the deeper patterns beneath anxiety, conflict, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. Together, we'll make sense of how your past experiences, relationships, attachment patterns, and nervous system have influenced the way you move through the world today.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, integrating attachment theory, nervous system-informed care, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral strategies, and other evidence-based approaches. Every person is different, so therapy is tailored to your unique goals rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like
One of the things I tell my clients most often is, "There's always a reason."
Therapy with me is a place where you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. You don't need the right words or a perfectly organized story. We'll slow things down together, get curious instead of critical, and begin making sense of the parts of yourself that may have felt confusing for a long time.

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling lighter—not because every problem has been solved, but because things finally make sense. My hope is that therapy helps you develop greater self-understanding, stronger relationships, and the confidence to respond to life with more intention instead of simply reacting from old patterns.
Outside The Therapy Room
When I'm not meeting with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my rescue dog, Hazel, exploring a local coffee shop, strength training, or working on new ideas to make mental health education more accessible.

Building The Wellspace has been one of the most meaningful projects of my career. I created it from a simple belief: healing shouldn't feel rushed, impersonal, or one-size-fits-all. I wanted to create the kind of practice I would want for the people I care about most—a place where clients feel genuinely known, where therapists have the support to do their best work, and where meaningful, lasting healing can happen through authentic human connection.
Â
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that people aren't broken—they're often carrying experiences that make perfect sense once we take the time to understand them. My hope is that everyone who walks through our doors leaves feeling a little more understood, a little more hopeful, and a little more connected to themselves than when they arrived.
